Position Summary

The VP, Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the overall company’s digital marketing strategy.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop a vision and roadmap for the Company website, and work with developers to execute on that plan for marketing pages and e-commerce, including SEO support and evolution of relevant content. Partner closely with the VP of Marketing to ensure execution is on-brand.
  • A key member of the digital transformation project to evolve the Company’s business model with digital products and services to strengthen revenue position. Represent marketing on the cross-functional team and be responsible for representing the voice of the consumer, help drive validation through market research.
  • Social, Influencer marketing and online reviews: develop social engagement plans as well as drive content strategy, influencer/partnership marketing plans and plans to generate positive online reviews. Co-manage a junior marketer, partner closely with the VP of PR.
  • Drive overall media strategy, support others and agency partners in the development of paid media approaches, drive traffic and sales to the Company’s website & potentially within the Amazon.com platform, as well as other online retail presence.
  • Support evolution of existing CRM approach, mostly product launch communication, to a more diversified engagement platform; Build the Company’s customer database: drive digital product registration and account sign up to capture data from existing customers.
  • Digital support for existing products and new product launches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies or similar relevant field
  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience; 5+ years of managerial and leadership experience
  • In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of SEO and CRM software
  • Knowledge of web design procedures
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team-oriented and skilled in working in a multisite and collaborative environment
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Highly self-motivated and self-directed
  • Keen attention to detail
